blood. Apples also have a very beneficial effect on the functioning of the lymphatic system in general. Everyone benefits from drinking apple juice - one of the healthiest fruit drinks around. Apple juice can be used to cleanse the body and should be included in the diet, the juice speeds up the bowel action.
